Return Policies:
Non-customized
or non-special ordered items may be
returned for credit or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
To request a return the following steps need to be followed:

Please make sure to tell us the item number, color, size and
quantity for each item to be returned along with a reason for
your return. To help process your request, please use click
here for our
Returns Form.

After confirming your items are eligible for return, a Return
Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued by Divergent Marketing
and along with a return shipping address. Please make sure to
include this RA number with your returned items.
ü
Shipping charges to send back items will be the customer’s
responsibility.
ü
Shipping charges on any items to be exchanged for returned items
will be charged to the customer.

Examples of Non-Returnable Items:
Poms, photo t-shirts, nail files, custom designed imprinted
apparel or bags (includes screen printed, embroidered and
tackle twill), custom uniforms, socks, body wear (briefs,
body suits, crop tops), worn apparel and worn shoes.
Please note – Due to health regulations briefs, body suits
and crop tops are not returnable even if claimed to be
unworn.

Returned products or apparel must be returned
in original packaging and be in new, clean condition
(unworn.) Shoes must not have any written names or
markings on the boxes with no visible signs of wear on shoes
and soles.

Divergent Marketing reserves the right to
deny credit or exchanges on any returns due to the condition
of any returned items. Customers will be informed in
writing of any denied returned items and the reason(s).
