Order Lead Time:

Typical
orders ship within 5 – 7 business days after receipt of
order and payment. Due to product availability some orders
make take longer. We will notify you in such situations.

Some items
may not be available due to out of stock situations or
discontinued styles by manufacturers. In these situations,
we will notify you and offer a comparable alternative before
shipping the order.
Forms of
Payment:

Credit
Cards. We accept
Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards. When paying
by this method, please make sure to have the following
information available: credit card number, expiration date,
card holder’s name as it appears on the card, card holder’s
billing address and card’s security code. Please Note:
Credit card payments will be charged at the time your order
ships.

Checks
or Money Orders.
Please make checks payable to Divergent Marketing.
Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment. Divergent
Marketing reserves the right to hold shipment of order until
check payments clear.
Open Accounts:

School
Purchase Orders.
Are accepted with payment terms of net 30 and must be
provided (faxed or mailed) at time of order. School purchase
orders need to include the purchase order number, authorized
signature, shipping address, billing address, items ordered
and total purchase price.
Sales Tax:
New York State customers will be
charged prevailing sales tax.
If your organization is sales tax exempt you will need to provide
us with a signed copy of your tax exempt certificate upon receipt
of your order.
